Community National Bank Hires New VP of Residential Lending and Assistant VP & Branch Manager.

GREAT NECK, N.Y. -- Community National Bank (OTCBB: CBNY) has named Brian Handler of Lynbrook, NY the Bank's new Vice President of Residential Lending and Christine Archer of Brightwaters, NY a new Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of the Bank's Garden City facility. Mr. Handler will be responsible for processing loans, as well as underwriting, closing, compliance, marketing and pricing. Ms. Archer will be responsible for the day to day activities of the operation of the Garden City branch, including sales, management of the staff, auditing, compliance, customer service and community relations.

Prior to joining Community National Bank, Mr. Handler worked as the Mortgage Operations Manager at the United Nations Federal Credit Union; as the AVP/ Mortgage Manager at Yonkers Savings & Loan; and as the AVP/ Senior Underwriter at Dime Savings Bank. He is also a graduate of the Baruch College of the City University of New York with a degree in Finance/Accounting.

Before joining Community National Bank, Ms. Archer worked as a VP/ Branch Manager at the Bank of New York and as an AVP/ Manager at Fleet Bank. She is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis on Finance. Ms. Archer is a past member of the Finance Council for St. Patrick's Church, past member of the Bay Shore Chamber of Commerce & Great South Bay YMCA, Treasurer of the Islip Chamber of Commerce and served as President of the Bay Shore Rotary Club 1994 - 1995. She was also awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship by the Rotary Club.
