Community National Bank's Oceanside Branch Grand Opening is a Huge Success.

GREAT NECK, N.Y. -- Community National Bank (OTCBB: CBNY), Long Island's fastest growing commercial community bank, celebrated the grand opening of their fourth branch, in Oceanside, on Saturday, January 26th with a crowd of over 400 people. An official ribbon-cutting ceremony took place at 10 a.m. The new Bank is located at 3121 Long Beach Road in Oceanside. Theresa A. Dumas will serve as Vice President and Branch Manager.

The festivities included free refreshments and souvenir gifts, a face painting clown, KJOY's Cash Cube, Prize Wheel, and a live radio broadcast of Long Island's KJOY and WMJC 94.3 FM from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The first 200 adults to arrive received a free stainless steel travel mug, containing $1 to $250 cash. The big winners were James Carollo of Farmingdale who won $250, and Carole Holman of Oceanside who won $100.

Many of the attendees took advantage of the special grand opening day rates and opened accounts. Statement savings accounts were opened with a high yielding rate guaranteed for 90 days, and home equity lines of credit were available at 5.49% for the first six months, then at the Prime Rate less 1/2% for life. Special bonus rates were also given on 9, 15 and 21 month CDs with a minimum $500 deposit.

Free gifts, such as insulated bags and snow scrapers were given for opening any checking or interest-bearing savings accounts or CDs with a combined deposit of $10,000 or more and George Foreman Grills and fleece blankets were given for opening accounts with a combined deposit of $20,000 or more.

The Oceanside grand opening also signified the beginning of the month-long Easy Street Sweepstakes for the grand prize of a fabulous 42" LCD TV. To enter, fill out an official entry form at the CNB Oceanside branch and drop it in the Sweepstakes box before February 24th. The winner will be chosen at random on February 25, 2008. All entrants must be 18 years of age and no purchase or deposit is required.
