) announced today the completion of the purchase of 90-bed Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, located in Bullhead bullhead, common name for several species of fish. See catfish; sculpin.

 City, Ariz., from Baptist Hospitals and Health Systems, Inc., of Phoenix, Ariz. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"This transaction is in keeping with our ongoing strategy to selectively acquire hospitals in non-urban and high growth communities," said Wayne T.
