) today announced that it has amended its senior secured credit facility by exercising a feature allowing the Company to add up to $200 million of funded term loans. The amended facility consists of $1.050 billion in term loans that mature in 2010 and a $350 million revolving credit facility. The proceeds of the incremental term loan facility will be used to fund pending acquisitions and other corporate purposes.
