services for the preparation of the Buccoo Community Development Project
(BCDP) in Tobago (Loan No. 19/OR-TRI). Buccoo Village is located in the
south-west of the island of Tobago and has approximately 1,000
residents. The Tobago House of Assembly The Tobago House of Assembly (THA) is the local government body responsible for the island of Tobago within the twin-island nation of Trinidad and Tobago.
