), announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable December 31, 2004 to shareholders of record December 20, 2004. This is an 11% increase over the $.09 cents paid during the same quarter in 2003.

We also have considered the implications of the new tax law making dividends even more attractive for investors."
