Community Bankshares Inc. (SC) Announces Second Quarter 2006 Cash Dividend.ORANGEBURG, S.C. -- Community Bankshares Inc., (AMEX AMEX See: American Stock Exchange :SCB ScB abbr. Latin Scientiae Baccalaureus (Bachelor of Science) ), announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share, payable June 30, 2006, to shareholders of record June 15, 2006. Chief Executive Officer Samuel L. Erwin stated, "Community Bankshares has consistently paid dividends since the early 1990s and firmly believes that payment of dividends is a vital part of its capital planning process.
