Community Bank Announces the Appointment of David P. Malone as President & Chief Executive Officer.


PASADENA, Calif. -- The Board of Directors of Community Bank, a commercial bank with assets in excess of $2.3 billion, today announced that David P. Malone has been elected to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Mr. Malone has been a Senior Executive of the Bank since 1998 most recently serving as the Bank's Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Board also announced the appointment of Kent W. Stevens as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Stevens has been with the Bank since 1988 and has served in numerous senior credit related capacities, most recently as Interim Chief Credit Officer and Regional Division Manager.

The Board is also proud to announce the election of Craig H. Stewart to the Board of Directors and the appointment of Nancy L. Karlson as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
