Community Bank, N.A. is a wholly owned banking subsidiary of the $1.2-billion asset, registered bank holding company Community Bank System, Inc. based in Dewitt, N.Y. Community Bank has 49 customer facilities offering a broad range of financial services to both retail and commercial customers located throughout Northern New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
