Community Bancorp Prices Public Offering of 2,295,652 Shares at $23.00 Per Share.


LAS VEGAS Las Vegas (läs vā`gəs), city (1990 pop. 258,295), seat of Clark co., S Nev.; inc. 1911. It is the largest city in Nevada and the center of one of the fastest-growing urban areas in the United States.  -- Community Bancorp (Nasdaq:CBON) today announced the pricing of its initial public registered offering of 2,295,652 shares of its common stock at $23.00 per share. The shares of common stock were comprised of 1,495,652 shares from Community Bancorp and 800,000 shares from selling shareholders. The company has also granted the underwriters an over allotment option to acquire an additional 344,348 shares.
