Community Bancorp Inc. Receives 2004 Market Cap Champion Awards.

ESCONDIDO, Calif. -- Community Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ:CMBC), parent company of Community National Bank ("Community"), announced today that the Company was awarded two Carpenter & Company 2004 Market Cap Champion Awards for financial institutions in the $500 million-$1 billion asset class. Community received Market Cap Champion Awards for its three year stock appreciation of 357% and its five year stock appreciation of 491%, both for the period ended December 31, 2004.

The Summit is sponsored by the California Bankers Association, the largest state trade association in the country and Carpenter & Company, an Irvine-based investment banking firm specializing in financial institutions.
