Community Bancorp Hires New Compliance Manager.

LAS VEGAS -- Community Bancorp (NASDAQ: CBON) is pleased to announce the hire of Monica Montgomery, Senior Vice President and Compliance Manager. Ms. Montgomery will be based out of the Community Bank of Arizona corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.

Most recently, Ms. Montgomery was the SVP, Director of Corporate Compliance and Governance for First National Holding Company. While at First National Holding Company her duties included ensuring compliance with internal bank policies, managing compliance officers and coordinating regulatory examinations. Prior to that, Ms. Montgomery was the BSA Program Manager for First Data Corporation (Western Union). She has also served as the Vice President and Compliance Officer for Merrick Bank Corporation and an Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

Ms. Montgomery's professional designations include Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and Anti-Money Laundering Professional. Ms. Montgomery earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Utah State University.
