Community Bancorp Announces Victory in Appeal of Lawsuit Against Subsidiary.

FALLBROOK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2000

) today announced that the District Court of Appeal of the State of California reversed the judgment on the fraud cause of action against its bank subsidiary, Community National Bank, formerly Fallbrook National Bank. In the breach-of-contract cause of action, the determination of damages has been reversed and remanded for a new trial. The decision is subject to appeal.
