Ohlde thanked Dicks for his help with UPARR UPARR Urban Park and Recreation Recovery and LWCF LWCF Land and Water Conservation Fund LWCF Lost Work Case Frequency (safety) grants. Dicks was also recognized as a 2002 recipient of NRPA's National Congressional Award. |
