DOUGLAS COUNTY

Oregon Health Plan forum subject: Monday's Chamber Noon Forum program, presented by the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce, will feature Victor Fresolone, president and CEO of Mercy Medical Center.

Fresolone will discuss "The Hidden Tax," how cuts to the Oregon Health Plan would affect Douglas County.

Forums are held every Monday, except holidays, at noon at the Holiday Inn Express, 375 W. Harvard in Roseburg. The public is welcome to attend the $8 no-host buffet luncheons.

EUGENE

Documentary to be shown: The Farmworker Justice Coalition will sponsor a showing Tuesday of "Justice on the Table," a video documentary about farmworker justice in Oregon.

Ramon Ramirez, president of Northwest Treeplanters and Farmworkers United (PCUN), will present an update on state legislation affecting farmworkers and Jim Garcia will offer music from the farmworker movement.

The event will be at 7:30 p.m. in the Eugene School District Administration Building, 200 N. Monroe St. For more information, call 607-8097.
