Communications Research and REALTIMETECH Sign MOU at C3 Expo to Form a Joint Venture.

MAHWAH, N.J. -- Communications Research, Inc. (OTCBB:CRHI) Mahwah, NJ, announced a Memorandum of Understanding to form a new joint venture company with REALTIMETECH CO., LTD., Daejeon, Korea. At the recent C3 Expo in New York City the companies reached agreement for the marketing, sale and support of REALTIMETECH's products in the United Sates.

The newly formed company, RealTimeTech USA, Inc., shall be incorporated in Nevada, and will be jointly owned. RealTimeTech USA will temporarily share the Tampa, Florida offices of Communications Research's subsidiary, TeleWRITER Corporation.

Carl Ceragno, President of Communications Research and TeleWRITER Corporation, stated, "REALTIMETECH's line of computing collaboration products provides major enhancements to our TeleWRITER and VideoWRITER products. The MAXMEDIA Producer is a very high end product that has no competitive equal in the market today. We will be working to allow the Digital Session Recorder feature of TeleWRITER to take advantage of MAXMEDIA Manager to seamlessly collaborate and stream program content, or training course information, over the WEB simultaneously or upon demand!"

Business Consultant for the formation and roll out of the company shall be Advanced Global Communications, LLC. (AGC) (www.agcseminars.com), Ms. Jinsoo Terry, President (www.jinsooterry.com). Ms. Terry is a noted lecturer and business consultant. Senior VP of AGC, is Ross Meador, who, over his career, practiced law in Vietnam, Korea, and California. was the former President of the Korean American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Meador also serves on the Executive Committee of the International Law Section of the State Bar of California.

KAIROSSpatial, is a high performance GIS (Geographic Information System) DBMS Engine which supports both Relational and Spatial data models.

Also at C3 Expo, New York, information on the partnering of TeleWRITER Corporation and Mimeo.com was presented informally, with the formal release of the agreement withheld at the consensus of both companies. TeleWRITER Corporation began marketing the service, to be distributed with its product in the next version release.
