("DVR") (TSX TSX Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE before April, 2002) TSX Transfer from Stack Pointer to Index TSX True Space Extension VENTURE:DVR.P), a Capital Pool Company, is pleased to announce the closing of its initial public offering of 1,815,000 common shares at a price of $0.20 per share for a total amount of $363,000 to investors in Alberta, Ontario and Quebec. Investpro Securities Inc. and Union Securities Ltd acted as agents for DVR. In accordance with Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange TSX Venture Exchange Originally called the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX), this was a result of the merger of the Vancouver and Alberta stock exchanges. The goal of TSX Venture Exchange is to provide venture companies with effective access to capital while protecting investors.
