Underscoring its growing global acceptance as a de facto standard in Wi-Fi and wireless network security product testing, Communication Machinery Corporation's (www.cmc.com) EmulationEngine(TM) Family of test systems was selected as Best of Show: Special Prize for Appraisal-related products in the Test and Measurement Tool category at Interop Tokyo 2005. More than 300 companies exhibited an array of products, solutions, and services related to network technologies at the event, many of which were considered for the awards.

Featured in the ComWorth Co., Ltd. booth during the event, the EmulationEngine drew crowds throughout the week anxious to see the product demonstrated. As a result CMC will begin volume shipments to Japan next month, as it completes Telec Certification, to meet the explosive demand generated by the show.

The Interop Tokyo "Best of Show Award" is given to the product, solution or service that is the best and most suitable to the show theme "The Internet Technology for the Ubiquitous World." The winning products are selected based on a strict examination by experts from the IT industry as well as votes from show attendees. Awards were granted in 16 key network technology categories ranging from Network Security Products to IP Communication Products.
