Sales for the year ended Oct. 31, 1994 were $52,375,673 compared to $47,662,216 in fiscal 1993, an increase of 10%. Sales for the fourth quarter of 1994 were $14,556,932 compared to $11,934,234 for the same period in 1993, an increase of 22%.

Net earnings before cumulative effect of change in accounting principle for the year ended Oct. 31, 1994 were $1,367,223, or $.53 per share compared to earnings of $1,737,018, or $.68 per share in 1993. Net earnings for the fourth quarter of 1994 were $110,084, or $.04 per share compared to $526,068, or $.20 per share in 1993. Net earnings for the year ended Oct. 31 included charges for expenses related to the proposed merger with Kuhlman Corp. which are not deductible That which may be taken away or subtracted.
