Communicate.Com Receives Second $200,000 Payment for 4 URLs; Reduces Debt.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 2003

Further to the company's news release dated Aug. 27, 2003 ("Communicate.com to Sell Four URLs for US$1 Million"), Communicate.com announces receipt of a second $200,000 payment from Manhattan Assets, Inc. towards the purchase of four URLs, including: Makeup.com, Automobile.com, Exercise.com and Body.com.

Proceeds from this installment will be used by Communicate to expand marketing for its online fragrance stores (Perfume.com, Cologne.com) during the holiday season and to accelerate development of its other URLs into revenue generating eCommerce sites.

In addition, Communicate will reduce its debt by repaying $75,000 of its $375,000 loan. The loan is due June 28, 2005.
