), a network of branded, technology- and community-driven Web sites, today announced the launch of Custom Mail(TM) free email services See Internet e-mail service.  on Go2Net's Silicon Investor (http://www.siliconinvestor.com), the Web's premier financial discussion and information site, and Go2Net's metasearch service, MetaCrawler (http://www.metacrawler.com).

This is the first step in a series of customized email and communication services Commtouch and Go2Net will implement across the Go2Net Network in the months ahead.

The Custom Mail solution allows all registered Silicon Investor and MetaCrawler users to sign up for free, personalized per·son·al·ize

Commtouch and Go2Net also plan to deploy Custom Mail to other Go2Net Network properties, including HyperMart (http://www.hypermart.net) and Virtual Avenue (http://www.virtualave.net).

A private-label version of the Commtouch ZapZone Network (http://www.zzn.com) will enable individual HyperMart, Virtual Avenue and FreeYellow.com member businesses to automatically create customized, free email services for their sites' respective visitors, complete with a sub-domain name of their choice. The ZapZone Network currently serves more than 150,000 Web sites and is growing by about 700 new sites daily.
