Commonwealth of Kentucky Selects Prosoft for Training Provider; Prosoft Instructor-Led Training Now Available to Kentucky's Government Agencies and Employees.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 1998-- ProsoftTraining.com(SM)(Nasdaq:POSO), a leading Internet/intranet skills training company, Tuesday announced it has been selected as Kentucky's training provider for Netscape and Internet technologies.

Under terms of the contract, Prosoft will provide instructor-led Internet courses to support the training requirements associated with the technical advancements of the Commonwealth's agencies and employees. Specific courses include "Implementing a Netscape Integrated Management Solution," "Implementing Netscape Messaging and Collaboration," "Java," "Intro and Advanced JavaScript," and "Fundamentals of Common Gateway Interface (CGI)."

In its first statewide agreement, Prosoft will provide the content and instruction to support classes being conducted for Kentucky's Department of Information Services training center in Frankfort.
