Commonwealth Scientific Establishes Additional Manufacturing Facility.

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 1998--Commonwealth Scientific Corp. announced the opening of a new 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Moorestown, NJ (CSC North).

The establishment of additional production facilities is in response to the significant increase in orders for CSC's production ion beam deposition, etching, and DLC cluster tools.

The new plant will further strengthen Commonwealth's ability to provide innovative process and systems capabilities. Shipment of new production systems from CSC North began in 4Q 1997.

The facility is staffed with engineers and production personnel with extensive experience in vacuum system design and manufacturing.
