CommonHealth LP, a healthcare communications company, has leased 166,377 s/f at 400 Interpace Parkway in Parsippany, N.J., announced Marc Rosenberg, of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc.

The company will consolidate four New Jersey locations into a new worldwide headquarters at the building.

Rosenberg and Robert Donnelly served as brokers and advisors to CommonHealth during the site search and lease negotiation.

"The consolidation revolves two offices in Wayne and two locations in Parsippany," Rosenberg explained. "We have worked on this major project for well over a year, with an outcome that not only provides increased operational efficiency for CommonHealth, but also secures an ideal site within New Jersey to serve as the company's headquarters."

"This was the right real estate solution for our global operations," said Robert Saporito, executive vice president and chief financial officer of CommonHealth. "We are very pleased to be moving our operations to this office campus."

SJP Properties represented building owner TIAA-CREF in negotiating the long-term lease. A 560,000 s/f, class A office building, 400 Interpace Parkway is located within the larger Morris Corporate Center campus. Other major tenants there include AIG, Cadbury-Adams, Daimler Chrysler, Mercedes-Benz and Factory Mutual Insurance.
