Formerly president of EURO RSCG WORLDWIDE's European healthcare group, Dr. Teper, 39, will be responsible for leading and developing CommonHealth's global client relationships, which already include AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Pharmacia & Upjohn and Procter & Gamble.

Dr. Teper, who will report to CommonHealth group company CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Gil Bashe, will work with the presidents of CommonHealth's 15 divisions worldwide to further build the network's global offering and corpus of best-practice knowledge.

Before his three-year tenure with EURO RSCG on the agency side, Dr. Teper held strategic positions with several of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, both in Europe and the United States.

"Clients today are looking for strategic partners who can help them answer the question: `What's the best way to create a health brand with a single, compelling message of value in the U.S. and Europe, where 85 percent of the market currently resides?'," said Gil Bashe.

A successful entrepreneur, he started and subsequently sold the Paris-based pharmaceutical company Wintec Pharma.
