CommonHealth's Adient Promotes One, Hires Five.

Adient, a CommonHealth professional advertising and promotion unit located in Wayne, today announced one promotion and five new hires.

Promotion:

Dorian Demski has recently been promoted to assistant art director from traffic coordinator. In his new role, Mr. Demski will support the unit's senior art staff in all aspects of creative development, from conception through production.

New Hires:

Kathleen Casey Krafton has joined Adient's staff as an editor. Ms. Krafton will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of all facts, references, grammar, style and spelling in client materials. Prior to becoming a full-time employee, she was a freelance writer and editor for several healthcare advertising agencies, including Adient.

Stephen Blender, Edward Mutch, Carly Rabinowitz and Michael Shaughnessy have all been hired as traffic coordinators for Adient. As traffic coordinators, they will each be responsible for making sure all projects for their assigned accounts are completed on time and within budget.

Prior to his employment at Adient, Mr. Blender worked at Sudler & Hennessey in Short Hills as a traffic coordinator.

Mr. Mutch was previously an assistant operations manager at Alvaro P. Escandon Inc. in Highlands before he joined the Adient staff.

Before accepting the position as traffic coordinator, Ms. Rabinowitz graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pa., where she majored in communication and minored in sociology.

Mr. Shaughnessy, another recent graduate, received a bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, where he majored in history and minored in biology.
