Common BMENA-G8 vision crowns Forum for the Future - FM.


Summary: The sixth session of the Forum for the Future, which wrapped up on Tuesday in Marrakech (320 km south of Rabat Rabat (räbät`), city (1994 pop. 787,745), capital of Morocco, on the Atlantic Ocean at the mouth of the Bou Regreg estuary, opposite Salé. ), was crowned with a common vision and a declaration voicing the common will to build an equal partnership between the G8 and the BMENA BMENA Broader Middle East and North Africa  countries.

The remarks were given Tuesday by Morocco's Foreign Minister, Taib Fassi Fihri, at joint press conference with Italian Foreign Minister, Franco Frattini Franco Frattini (born 14 March 1957 in Rome) is an Italian politician, currently serving as European Commissioner for Justice, Freedom and Security. AaAaAa Fassi Fihri said the forum, marked by a broad, high-level participation, was the suitable space to establish a dialogue based on mutual respect between G8 and BMENA countries, noting that "everyone agrees today that the Forum has become an event in the region."

AaAaAa The most important thing, he stressed, "is to come up with recommendations, proposals and an agreement on consolidating dialogue during the coming months under the co-chairmanship of Morocco and Italy."
