For the nine months ended June 30, 1997 revenues were $40.1 million compared to $34.3 million for the nine months ended June 30, 1996. Net earnings available for common stockholders increased by $209,000 for the quarter and by $274,000 for the nine months. Earnings per share were $0.11 for the quarter and $0.18 for the nine months, compared to $.03 for the same quarter in 1996, and $.03 for the same nine months in 1996. The company has approximately 6.7 million weighted average shares of common stock outstanding. This quarter's decline in revenues reflects a 24-day period when one of Commodore One of the first personal computer companies. In 1977, Commodore Business Machines, West Chester, PA, introduced the PET computer and launched the personal computer industry along with Apple and Radio Shack.
