Committee slams increasing incidents of kidnapping for ransom in Chaman.QUETTA, September 16, 2009 (Balochistan Times): All Parties Muttahida Action Committee Chaman on Wednesday expressed deep concern over the increasing incidents kidnapping kidnapping, in law, the taking away of a person by force, threat, or deceit, with intent to cause him to be detained against his will.
