The last hole of a four hole reconnaissance drill program has confirmed the high grade gold identified in surface outcrop and airborne EM anomaly with a broad intercept of 6.04 g/t Au over a length of 36.77m containing two separate high grade intervals of 25.3 g/t Au over 3.07m and 13.39 g/t Au over 3.04m. Drilling at West Plains is part of a program to evaluate high grade surface showings along the Committee Bay belt and includes drill programs at Raven, Anuri, Antler antler: see horn. and Three Bluffs. At the West Plains area surface mapping and airborne geophysics has identified a series of north northeast-trending iron formations that extend for a combined 8km. Along the western-most iron formation trend surface sampling of outcrop produced grades of 18.65 g/t Au and 11.99 g/t Au and an additional 8 samples over 5 g/t Au based on 165 samples. Outcrop along a strike length of over 500m is characterized by local intense silicification si·lic·i·fy v. si·lic·i·fied, si·lic·i·fy·ing, si·lic·i·fies v.tr. Silicates may be considered chemically as salts of the various silicic acids. and lesser oxide iron formation with a series of strong, coincident EM anomalies. This iron formation converges with a thicker iron formation to the south and coincides at that junction with a regional shear zone. The first two drill holes in the West Plains area (5WP001 and 5WP002) are located at the northeast extent of a 3km long EM geophysical anomaly. Both holes intersected a thick silicate iron formation with patches of pyrrhotite pyrrhotite (pĭr`ətīt) or magnetic pyrites, bronze-yellow to bronze-red mineral, a sulfide of iron sometimes containing nickel. It tarnishes easily and is somewhat magnetic. that corresponds to low grade gold values. The Lowlands showing (Drillhole 5WP004) is located 1.2km southwest of those holes and intersected a 45m wide zone of silicate iron formation containing broad bands of semi-massive pyrrhotite cut by cm to m scale quartz veins. These veins are locally banded and contain up to 15% pyrrhotite. The high grade zones are silica flooded with fine grain pyrrhotite disseminated throughout.

Additional drilling to follow-up the high grade intersections at 5WP004 is being designed. CBR maintains an extensive quality control program in the preparation, shipping and checking of all samples from the property. The program is supervised by Dean McDonald, P.Geo. Ph.D., Vice President of the company, who is the Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. The Committee Bay greenstone belt is 300 km long and is one of the longest and least explored greenstone belts in Canada. CBR holds greater than 1,620,000 acres of land with prospective geology in the Committee Bay area and controls 85% of the belt.
