Commerzbank Corporates and Markets (CBCM) Implements Aleri Streaming Platform for Automated Forex Pricing.

CHICAGO -- Aleri, Inc. announced today that Commerzbank Corporates and Markets (CBCM) has implemented the Aleri Streaming Platform as the basis of their new foreign exchange pricing application.

Leveraging the Aleri Streaming Platform, CBCM's "FX Pricer" analyses a host of real-time information, and applies proprietary tick by tick validation logic and data cleansing algorithms. The engine calculates CBCM's prices using a variety of Aleri functions as well as auditing all data and events. The calculated prices are interactively managed by CBCM's FX traders who have the ability to control the Aleri streams using an in-house developed user interface.

CBCM selected Aleri's event processing technology based on its ability to combine functionality, performance, price and customer service.

With its innovative Event Stream Processing architecture, the Aleri Streaming Platform provides a base for rapid implementation of high performance event-driven applications, applying complex logic to incoming data in real-time with minimal added latency. This capability has provided CBCM with a platform to meet its needs.
