Up an impressive 25 places from #41 a year ago, the biggest jump of any company on this list, CommercialWare earned its ranking based upon customer evaluations of each vendor's performance in key retail categories. Driving CommercialWare's performance were Top 10 rankings in Retail Concentration and Quality of Support.

To create this year's survey, more than 90 vendors were involved in the research process and more than 200 retailers submitted more than 500 vendor reviews.
