Moynihan and Hurwitz contributed their perspectives on the next generation of E-commerce. Hurwitz discussed the new and future look of the E-commerce landscape, highlighting the need for companies to adopt a retail strategy that allows for a unified view of customers across multiple channels. She also commented on analytics programs, specifically CommercialWare's analytics.dot.commerce, noting that retailers should be implementing these solutions to track and accommodate customer buying patterns and demand.
