Linda A. Hill

Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration in the Organizational Behavior Area at the Harvard Business School. She has served as course head for the new Leadership MBA course and is co-faculty chair, Global Leadership Initiative, and faculty chair for the Young Presidents' Organization Presidents' Seminar. An author of several books, articles and multi-media products, Hill's consulting and executive education activities have been in the areas of managing change, managing interfunctional relationships, career management, and leadership development. Professor Hill is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Cooper Industries, the Boards of Trustees of the Rockefeller Foundation, Bryn Mawr College, The Children's Museum, Boston, and the Board of Overseers of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston. Dr. Hill earned a Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences at the University of Chicago. She received her M.A. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in measurement and evaluation from the University of Chicago. She has an A.B., summa cum laude, in psychology from Bryn Mawr College.

Robert L. Paquin

Bob Paquin is COO and CIO of Blue Nile and oversees its distribution center, customer service center, marketing, creative, and information technology groups. Before joining Blue Nile, Paquin served as chief information officer and senior vice president of operations L.L. Bean, one of the world's leading mail-order companies. He spearheaded L.L. Bean's e-commerce site and oversaw the company's call center and distribution capabilities. Paquin has more than 20 years of experience in operations and customer-information systems, gained at companies such as Hanover Direct, Tweeds, and Bear Creek Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Southern Oregon State College and has completed executive courses at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
