CommercialWare Announces Strategy To Become The Leading Provider Of Cross-Channel Software Solutions For Mid-market Retailer; Expands and Re-Brands Product Footprint

CommercialWare, Inc., the leading provider of cross channel commerce infrastructure software, today announced its acquisition of Capture.Net Technologies, a Toronto-based software provider developing retail chain and store management solutions for hard goods and specialty retail outfits, that will run as a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary
