MAJESTIC Realty Co. tops the list of commercial real estate developers for the 15th consecutive year. The City of Industry-based company has developed nearly 44 million square feet in the county since its founding in 1948. Currently, Majestic has two projects under construction totaling 1.4 million square feet. Thirty more projects are entitled but not yet under construction, totaling an additional 3.8 million square feet.
