Commercial Property Network announces 11 lease deals.

William Barish, managing partner of the firm announced the completion of several leasing transactions exceeding $6 million in closed business. John Maloney handled several of these transactions including Diversified Rack & Shelving, relocating to 12,000 square feet at Windsor Industrial Park, along with Time Sports, a sportswear manufacturer, and Reddy Health care for a total of 7,700 square feet in their relocations to the same complex.

John Zsilavetz has recently closed transactions with Pentech International, a designer and manufacturer of writing instruments, for 42,000 SF at 199 Carter Drive in Edison. Joe Nitti and Mindy Lissner of CB Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. Zsilavetz also represented the landlord in lease negotiations for Goldstar Video for 31,000 square feet of distribution facilities at 95 Clyde Road in Franklin.

Barish closed several leases at Horizon Center in Hamilton Township for companies including FirstImage, a national data imaging organization, representing 12,500 square feet, Countrywide Funding for 2,500 square feet for a regional mortgage origination office and OHM Corporation, leasing 39,000 square feet as a regional headquarters for their environmental consulting services. Barish mediated these transactions for the tenants and Trafalgar House Real Estate, owner of Horizon Center. Additional lease transactions include Global Technical Services for 8,250 square feet at Princeton Corporate Center as a headquarters for their international computer networking operation along with The Brickman Group, a regional landscaping firm and Scan Global, importers of fine Scandinavian products, which leased 2,500 square feet each at University Plaza in Princeton.
