): Further to the Company's press release earlier today, the Company would like to add that the first quarters sales will be approximately CDN (Content Delivery Network) A system of distributed content on a large intranet or the public Internet in which copies of content are replicated and cached throughout the network. $21,000,000. Last years fourth quarter's sales were CDN$17,017,181.

The Company expects to report a net loss in the First Quarter. The Company will release its first quarter financials to the public before 9:00 a.m. on August 6, 2002.
