It separates the Caribbean from the Pacific. . The FORUM relationship will also enable the Company to accelerate the expansion of its distribution network throughout Latin America, as well as providing an additional customer base for its hospitality software subsidiaries, La Societe Desig Inc. and Central Point Technologies Inc. This additional loan facility will allow the Company to take advantage of the significant opportunities for growth in its core business sectors in Cuba and Latin America.
