:GIB.A) has signed a letter of intent with Central Point Technologies Inc. ("Central Point") to launch Speechway, a leading edge Speech Recognition Telephone Reservations Solution developed and to be marketed in partnership.

The parties intend to conclude a definitive agreement by Sept. 30, 2001. Central Point, based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, is a worldwide developer and provider of next-generation Property Management Systems and advanced hospitality technologies with 750 installations in 24 countries, and is a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

This new interactive communication solution allows anyone with a phone or cell phone to book a hotel reservation using speech recognition technology, to verify availability in real-time through Central Point's proprietary interface and to get immediate confirmation. Speechway recognizes the calling party's phone number, automatically retrieves the guest's preferences and searches accordingly for availabilities. Guests are able to easily create, modify and cancel reservations. Language-sensitive access is available through a bilingual speech recognition interface.
