CommerceSouth Announces 3rd Quarter Dividend.

), a southeastern bank holding company formerly known as Eufaula BancCorp, Inc., declared a third quarter dividend of $.0525 per share on common stock. The increase is approximately 5% over the third quarter 2001 dividend of $.05 per share, and the current annual dividend rate is $.21 per share. The dividend is payable September 30, 2002 to shareholders of record as of September 9, 2002.
