Commerce National Bank Appoints Herb Reynolds Senior Vice President, Financial Services Division.

FULLERTON, Calif. -- Commerce National Bank (OTCBB:CNBF), a community business bank, today announced that Herb Reynolds has been appointed Senior Vice President of the newly formed Financial Services Division. Mr. Reynolds brings over thirty-two years of commercial banking and executive management experience to the bank, all of which has been in the Orange County business community.

"In heading up the new Financial Services Division, Mr. Reynolds will focus on generating additional deposits for Commerce National Bank by using his extensive contacts in the Orange County business community," said President & CEO Mark E. For over thirty years Herb Reynolds has held senior management positions with several Orange County banks, both community business banks and several major banks, where he and his staff have had great success in acquiring new deposit customers for the bank. Personal relationships and community involvement have been key to Herb's ability to grow bank deposits. Mr. Reynolds has been involved with the California Land Title Association, the Escrow Institute, the California Escrow Association, the Bankruptcy Forum and the Federation of Exchange Accommodators.

Mr. Reynolds is a native of Texas and resides in Irvine.
