of 10 to 15 New Branches Over The Next 18 Months

Commerce Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE Symbol: CBH) is bringing its unique customer-focused "have it your way" retail banking strategy to Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Over the course of the next 18 months Commerce plans to build 10 to 15 new retail branches throughout the county. All of them will be open seven days a week.

The first two branches, scheduled to open this July, will be located in Doylestown at Route 611 and Font Hill Road and in Morrisville at 346 West Trenton Avenue. A third new branch will open this fall in Newtown at Route 413 and Newtown - Yardley Road.

Additional offices will be opened in:

- Richboro - Warwick

- Davisville - Yardley

- Bensalem - Warminster

- Southampton - Levittown
