Jefferson B. "Jeff" Miller (born June 27, 1959), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 2001, representing , formerly with M&T Bank in Carlisle, have joined Commerce's Carlisle regional staff. Mrs. Neiderer has been named Market Manager and Miller was appointed Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer. Gibson said both were the premier commercial lenders with Keystone Financial before the bank was acquired by M&T and will be responsible for lending in the Carlisle region. Mrs. Neiderer is a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School Cumberland Valley High School (CV) is a coeducational public high school located in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The school was founded in 1954. The mascot is an Eagle. and West Chester University and has worked for Fulton and Keystone banks. She was Chairperson of the recent successful United Way campaign in Carlisle and currently serves on the Board of the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce. Miller is a graduate of Clarion University with a degree in Business Administration and has taken graduate courses at Indiana University of Pennsylvania History IUP was founded in 1875 as a normal school by investors in Indiana County. It followed the mold of the French Ecole Normale. When it opened its doors it enrolled just 225 students. . He is active in Carlisle community work and is Treasurer of the Cumberland Senior Housing Association. Miller began his banking career in Western Pennsylvania before joining Farmers Bank of Hanover as a commercial lender. For the past 12 years he has worked in Carlisle for Dauphin Dauphin, town, Canada Dauphin (dô`fĭn), town (1991 pop. 8,453), SW Man., Canada, on the Vermilion River.
