Aurum Technology(R), a leading provider of open and integrated technology-based solutions for Community Banks, Credit Unions and Savings Institutions, today announced that Worcester, Massachusetts-based Commerce Bank & Trust Company has signed a multi-year agreement to outsource its core processing systems, ATM network and Internet banking solutions. Founded in 1955, the $1 billion institution currently services 76,000 retail and commercial accounts with 11 branches throughout Central Massachusetts. Commerce Bank & Trust Company will leverage Aurum's outsourced solution to optimize its use of the Premier technology platform as the bank expands its products, services and facilities to support its long-term business objectives.

The bank's outsourcing conversion is scheduled for March 2004, when it will migrate from its current in-house ITI technology environment to an Aurum-provided outsourced solution. In addition, Aurum will provide opportunities for Commerce Bank & Trust Company to leverage solutions-based processing to maximize the institution's use of the ITI Premier system. The bank will also implement Aurum's integrated solutions for ATM processing, network management and personal and business Internet Banking.
