) announced today that its newly-formed Delaware business trust subsidiary, Commerce Capital Trust I, has completed an initial public offering of 2,300,000, 8 3/4% Trust Capital Securities, at an offering price of $25 per Capital Security through managing underwriters, Wheat First Butcher Singer and Janney Montgomery Scott “Scotty” redirects here.
