Viking also packs instant coffee, freeze dried in 100 foil bags for a small consumer market. For origin countries, Viking prefers Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Brazil, and Kenya. These countries account for 90% of Viking's needs, The company offers a pure Colombian product and everything else is a blend, said Ramio Ilveskero of Viking.
