TORONTO -- Commandcredit Corp. (Pink Sheets:CCDTF) has entered into the definitive agreement stage and has commenced due diligence with respect to the acquisition of all outstanding equity units of Sphere Analytics, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company.
