Command performance as Adams finds theater tenant.


Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered a 10-year, 6,534 s/f lease at 121 E. 24th St. for The Theater Studio Inc., a non-profit theater company.

James Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, while Helmsley-Spear Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. The space includes a 99-seat theater, a 38-seat theater and three rehearsal spaces.

"New York's small theaters are disappearing, so we were hoping to find a theater company would allow us to preserve this performance space," said Buslik. "I'm very pleased with the deal we were able to strike with The Theater Studio."
