Command & Control is available in two packages; C&C Basic for desktop analysis and C&C Advanced with full web delivery. Both packages incorporate Q-View, QuetzaliSC's real-time 1. real-time - Describes an application which requires a program to respond to stimuli within some small upper limit of response time (typically milli- or microseconds). Process control at a chemical plant is the classic example.  statistical bulletin board for the service centre, which visually updates performance data.

C&C Basic provides desktop analysis using Monarch A data capture program from Datawatch Corporation, Chelmsford, MA, (www.datawatch.com), that is used to transfer data from mainframe and minicomputer reports to the PC. It uses report files that contain data ready to print.  version 5. Standard views are available on all areas such as Service Level Target performance and call lists, but the additional value to the IT service analyst is the ability to use Monarch's report mining functionality to further "cut and dice" data and create other views on-the-fly.
